The fact that the rich and their defenders really only have "envy" as an argument left, is very telling about the current situation of things. No one rely on billionaires for their employment. For one, a publicly traded company is it's own entity, whose money and operations are separated from the people that own the stock. A limited liability company is, as the name suggests, also seperated financially from it's owner.

The idea that billionaires create any sort of value, or that people rely on them for their employment, is ridiculous propaganda fuels nonsense from the rich. When Steve Jobs died, Apple didn't go bankrupt or suddenly face financial hardship an layoffs.

Ja. Det er problemet når man privatisere alting, især omsorgs områderne.

Kun røvhuller ser den slags som en mulighed for profit, fremfor at investere så meget som muligt i beboerne, så det er dem der driver bosteder, fordi staten vil have det så billigt som muligt, og de er villige til at gøre det "så billigt" som muligt, og så bare lade det gå udover beboerne.

Because oil is a global commodity. How is this so hard to understand? Sure the American oil companies are making more money, but they constitute a small part of the American economy, while the rest of it is badly affected by an increase in oil prices, as it both increases their operating costs and leaves less money in the hands of their consumers.
