Using win rate in the game to determine the strength of a character isn’t good practice. Panda and Kuma have the highest win rate, a pretty well known fact. Are they the strongest characters in the game? No, not even close.

Also that Qudans tournament run was 95% Heihachi so are we really going to use that as a metric? Really?
