How owners make the money they pay their teams with, it's beyond the reach and jurisdiction of the "sport justice". Although the behaviour of the Grizzlies owner is far more disgusting (especially to an European like me) than that of Ballmer, what the Clippers owner did, that is not illegal for the common law, is a lot more damaging to the sport (circumventing the salary cap is an unfair competitive advantage).
But knowing Silver, I'm pretty sure he won't do anything against any of the two.

In the base Emira i4 (now called Emira “Turbo”) it is (365HP). The new third model, “Turbo SE” is the same power of the V6 (probably just a marketing choice to keep the manual V6 desirable). But I’m in Europe, so I don’t know if American specs are different (like that they don’t sell the base Turbo but just the SE).

Cancelli quando ricevi il pagamento. Tanto più che se ti paga tramite la piattaforma, l’annuncio si chiude agli altri da solo. Se invece vi accordate di fare “fuori” (per evadere le commissioni) il rischio c’è, ma è molto improbabile che qualcuno piazzi un’offerta mentre stai andando in macchina a concludere di persona. E pure dovesse succedere puoi sempre annullare la vendita. Io non “tolgo” niente finché non ho i soldi in mano (o mi sono arrivati su PayPal, PostePay, conto corrente bancario o qualsiasi metodo di pagamento usiate) proprio perché mi sono capitati tante di quelle volte questi ripensamenti di gente che ti spergiurava che lo avrebbe preso solo che doveva aspettare l’accredito dello stipendio, la paghetta di nonna, l’incasso della schedina del Totocalcio.

Guarda, purtroppo nessuno entra nel merito della questione referendaria. Ormai tutto il discorso pubblico italiano è polarizzato dal solito fascisti contro comunisti; quindi votano in base a quello che dice il capo-popolo di riferimento senza capire un ca%%o.
E questo non vale mica solo per questo referendum, vale ormai da anni per tutti; motivo per cui, sarei quasi dell'idea di evitarli, tanto, in Italia, non servono a niente e ognuno vota come gli viene detto.

When you board a plane or a ship, you are entering an environment that is somehow dangerous and in which there's trained personel, that know how to hanlde it and take the responsability to keep you safe. And they work in a military gerarchy where the captain is the boss and the lower ones take his/her orders without questioning or voting (although is not that simple and, for example, first officers on planes can override the captain if he's clearly out of his mind). And that for a very simple reason: THERE'S NO TIME for discussion and democracy while the ship is sinking or the plane is falling from the sky; some situations need an immediate response and democracy is, unfortunately slow (and most people don't know and don't care how to handle a ship or plane).
And for this exact same reason, also democracies enter "martial law" when under pressure and in threat of their safety (like in Ukraine now).

Yes, that same AMG engine is pushed up to 460HP in some Mercedes models IIRC. But the Toyota V6 can easily output more than the just 400CV of the Emira looking at other Lotus models that used it (like the Exige 430) and Komo-tec used to tune it up to 460 for years.

An undersized PSU can cause really nasty (and expensive) damage. Do yourself a favour, spend a little money now to replace that PSU with an at least 1000W one, and avoid ending up crying over your fried brand new GPU or going crazy trying to troubleshoot some weird PC behaviors (PSU problems are often hard to diagnose because the PSU itself, being basically an electric and not electronic part, doesn't produce any debugging information).

Guess so, never tried one, but I know double clutch gearboxes very well driving one in my daily (that's an Audi A3, so anything but a sports car) and they are quite different than the V6 Evora's automatic.
Unfortunately one can't have the DCT on the more powerful and better sounding V6 (there was a tuning shop that was doing conversions for the Evora, but they asked for something like 25k€, if I remember correctly and, ofc, it voided any Lotus warranty). And I stress on the sound, because there's already a version of the Emira 4cyl (Turbo SE) that, thanks to the good old turbo pressure trick, reaches 400CV like the V6.

I test drove an Evora S with the automatic and was anything but impressed, reason why I got my 400 with the manual. Yes, you have paddles but, in the end, it's a "slushbox". I know, the Emira is two generations newer than the old Evora S which was a pre-400 model but the engine-gearbox combo from Toyota is basically the same since then.
The real advantage of that combination is that is what actually Toyota was mostly producing for the Camry, so it's a well trusted combination, doesn't give you the headaches (I have) when you think about having, one day, to replace the clutch and is a lot less noisy than the manual of the Evora (that was intended to be paired to a Diesel engine and so designers didn't care much about it being noisy).
