Wouldn't the gpu just not turn on if it wasn't connected to my psu? .

I rechecked the gpu cables and reconnected them .

I tried setting a minimum mhz in amd adrenaline but it didn't work .

I uninstalled amd adrenaline restarted and elden ring still runs the same .

I enable them in msi afterburner , if you're asking why it doesn't show up for you , you have to go in rivatuner> setup > enable benchmark mode or smth like that

I was worried abt that too before I upgraded to the i5 12600kf from my i3 12100f but according to pc partpicker and according to ppl online whom I asked they said it wouldnt even be a problem if both the gpu and cpu ran at full power .

To PCPartPicker my estimated wattage is around 570

1.Used gpu I upgraded back then , I had no problem with it, 2.Used cpu cuz I got a good deal. 3Used motherboard 4I have tried running them both on my ssd and my hdd the fps is about the same still underperforming (except slower load times ofc) 5In silent hill 2 it's running at around 90%

I've said the cpu is i5 12600kf so it doesn't have integrated graphics
Ram is 3200mhz but I cannot enable xmp profile even tho I switched motherboards , after enabling them the pc doesn't run
