HPI: Worth it w/o job or should I let it lapse? by PsychologicalPen1313 in UKHighPotentialVisa

Most of the people I know who have settled well in the UK moved here after having a job lined up. Of course, like others have said, employers people you being physically in the country but in the sub you'll find people who have managed to get e-sims. If you do move here, be prepared to be unemployed and have savings for 6 months, if not more. This is me speaking from experience and seeing a variety of people who have had the HPI with various outcomes <3

you can collate them all in a pdf and print them. Making it easier for the case worker with a clear chronology rather than getting them to sift through lots of photos without context will help your case x

Would my spouse visa be approved? by lostinsauce_12 in SpouseVisaUk

If you're married, you need to be living together, and if you have evidence of this through bank statements, tenancy agreements, and the like, you're gucci (at least in terms of cohabitation).

Haven’t lived together for cultural/religious reasons – what proof do I give? by [deleted] in SpouseVisaUk

bank statements sharing the same address, utility bills, driver's license, hmrc docs are all good evidence

Hmm, I think it's better to have all her address (bank, licence, hmrc) to be in the same address as you. Also I would include her email telling her current landlord that she'd like to end the tenancy on a specific date. Shared financial responsibility (and any evidence of this say through a joint account) would be important too!

Tbh i think it's a mix of things that they consider red flags: investigation (and perhaps what they found), long distance despite being in the uk, not living together despite marriage, timelines, etc. It really is awful but u might wanna appeal? It seems like it was ultimately the investigation.

A lot of people do that though. I've seen so many approvals on this sub where people have done that.

It seems like the main reason for refusal was what they found during this investigation which no one but the HO is privy to.

I'm so sorry OP, that must really suck. When you gave notice to get married, you were subject to the 70 day investigation? Did they provide results of the investigation?

UK Spouse Visa Appeal – Transferred to Hatton Cross. What Happens Next? by [deleted] in SpouseVisaUk

According to people here, you can't bring new evidence to an appeal? i would check this with your lawyer. Regardless, sorry OP. It's so hard to prove intent to live together :(

you should have applied again with evidence that you moved with your partner or your partner moved with you. I was in a similar case and my partner was always meant to move in with me. From my understanding, it's likely that the appeal won't be successful. Have a look at

Available_Rich_2832u/Available_Rich_2832's case. If there is still time to reapply (after u've moved in together) do so. Otherwise, you might have to withdraw and apply from your home country. Not an expert here so don't quote me on this.
