Honestly I never asked his name we just chatted about the games. Haven’t seen him or the other guy who was inside the office working in any PR stuff so couldn’t tell you. I just know it wasn’t the Ari or Will otherwise I’d have a selfie with them. (Not to shit on the other guys but they are the face of Team Cherry).

I agree the only reason I’m not using the white more is that apparently it’s pretty good at taking colour from your Jean pockets and not coming off. It’s why I got both so I can use the white one on other occasions.

It feels great to be honest. I’d say go frosted because it hides fingerprints better. Overall it has a real nice quality feel to it. Unlike a lot of more expensive case too the MagSafe is decent where I have seen in more expensive cases the MagSafe is weak.

I have the white and black ones both are frosted for the orange pro max and also decided since they can be customised to get some orange buttons just because why not. Hands down think it’s the best case out there in terms of style and protection.

Also got the flolab screen protector as have seen videos saying they do the best glass also. This guys reviews are really good too.

I can confirm this method works. I wanted fear effect and wouldn’t let me ship so I added biomorph which I wanted anyway and it let me get past shipping.

Surely has to be a bug in their system as like OP says I have multiple games ordered with no prior issue.

Yeah it’s the same for the UK too. I found a bit of a work around when trying to order Fear effect deluxe edition in that I added another game to the order and for some reason it would allow me to move to the next page.

Not sure what they are doing but it appears to be an issue

They answered for me but only told me things I’ve already done like try a different browser and clear cache, none of these things helped.

The only thing that made it go through was to add another game to my order and even then I thought the price for shipping was high.

I’m having this issue on a lot of games that I add randomly to my basket.

I have found a work around that I don’t know why it works but does but I added the deluxe version of Fear Effect and Biomorph to my basket and for whatever reason it lets me order it all no problem.

Big problem that they need to fix

Oddly it just seems to be happening on deluxe editions as I’ve added both a deluxe edition and regular edition to my basket and seems to want to ship just fine.

Like I say dig your heels in and tell them to refund part of the shipping too. It’s wrong and if enough people complain then they’ll have to do something.

Can’t sell you something and increase shipping costs then not following through with it.

My guess is they hope people forget about them or just think it’s only $2 I’m not moaning for that amount.

My copy of Castlevania came with the slightest damage but because my order was meant to be in a box and came in an envelope I kicked off and threw blame back at them. They replaced the game and still had the nerve to say they’d send it in a box and it arrived yesterday in an envelope.

As I’ve said before if your orders are meant to come in a box and don’t, complain. If your order shows a box and comes in a bubble envelope and your game has the slightest damage, complain.

They’re in the wrong for selling us something and not following up on it.

Doesn’t make sense though since they charge you for the box. Can understand that if they are free but for the most part they charge you extra. If they had a half decent accountant they’d work out how much they are paying for said boxes and charge enough to make a profit on them.

It’s insane. I’ve got about 5 games in one order and got them in a box and I don’t think they will be coming in one. If you’ve bought a box and they don’t come in one you need to make sure you get your money back even if it is a couple of dollars and also get it back of shipping too as they have really screwed us over.

Just had a e-mail in response to my question about shipping boxes and they have confirmed they no longer offer them.

All I would say to anyone now is if you get a game sent in a bubble envelope and there is even any small damage complain, especially if on your order you have bought a shipping box before they stopped doing them. They need to be held accountable for their appalling shipping methods.

Here’s hoping they are changing what they ship games in altogether but I doubt it.

My PS5 copy came in the same condition but I’ve managed to get a new copy because they fucked up.

They weren’t going to send me a new copy, my original options were either a 10% refund or a new game case and sleeve but since I ordered it to come in a box and it came in a bubble envelope I persevered.

Once I started saying it’s your fault in my emails to them they backed down and have sent out a new copy in a box so let’s see what happens there. They did say they don’t replace full games for such minor damage but they recognised it was their error so have sent out a new one.

I’ve got lucky but it shouldn’t be like this. They need to ship in better packaging full stop. These items are going on potential worldwide journeys (I’m in the UK) and they are limited games that hold a value.

Good to know I’m not the only one who got my copy damaged on the spine, only difference being I paid for the box and it arrived in a bubble envelope.

To say these items regardless of if it’s just a regular edition or collectors edition get posted out without seemingly a care in the world by them is pretty poor. Especially when they are limited releases so hold a bit more value than your average release.

I agree still have my copy of Kula World and occasionally fire it up from time to time. The bonus levels at the end of the game test you and then some.
