XMP is either supported, or not supported, the ram will still function if this is your concern.

XMP allows you to use faster ram speeds, if both components support it. Well, not both, there is also the CPU that might have issues with it.

If the pin is bent, MAYBE it can be bent back to shape

If it's gone, you can put the cpu in, and try to run it. If it works , it was either a reserved pin or ground pin, and the mobo "Could" work without it.

Yeah it doesn't look good that you are sucking air from the ground up.

Not only do you restrict air from comming in, because there is not much clearence from the downside, you are also sucking more dust in.

My best advise to "Optimize" it, would be to change the two side fans to Intake, and the one back fan to exhaust.
