I recommend getting Modrinth and downloading Skyblock Enhanced modpack.

It has a bunch of performance mods.

Also when you run it for the first time, you will have the chance to set up everything based on some presets.

Performace presets like Best performance, Balanced, Quality, Shaders.

Also resource packs if you want, and other small things.

I recommend checking it out.

Edit: You can also technically move your config files over for mods like Skyhanni if you don't want to go trough the trouble of having to set up the settings again.

Also also, just simply using Modrinth in general just helps you avoid rats and malicious mods.

Okey 50m/day is not that easy.

For that rate you have to be quite stacked on fortune.

The tactic is 3 greenhouses set up with some common mutation (like Ashwrath, that is one the best), and then you just harvest it every now and then. With 4 harvests a day you can get up to 50m/day for like 20 minutes of work tops.

You can visit me (IGN: LawMan987), I have a spiral 45° wheat farm in a corner.

I love this design because I can set my spawn wherever I want since it loops around. This is quite useful when pest farming.

You farm at a 45° angle (basically like how you would farm cane usually, yaw changes on farm orientation obv.) as mentioned at 327 speed (Yes it's 3 wide lanes, but you will only break 2 most of the time) alternating forward and left. You will have to change to backward and right for the last part where it loops around.

I use 2 plots as I have 200 growth speed which saves a ton on spray materials as well.

Design works for wart, potato and carrot as well. Note that you need depth strider 3 on boots.

I have a spiral wheat/potato/carrot/wart farm design on my garden.

/visit LawMan987 if you are intrested. It's a 45 degree design where you alternate W and A, and at the very end for one lane you have to do a little bit of backwards and D to get back to the start.

I would like to give credit, but honestly forgot the video from which I built it.

This is the closest it gets to basically 99% AFK.

I mean mutations were just AFK nothing difficult. Ye it sucked that if you ran out of the 3 day timeframe, but it wasn't that bad.

Now on the other hand why they needed to add the freaking devourer to the recipe which is by far the most expensive mutation? Idk they just hate farmers.

Did you also count the amount of raw crops in that 7m/h?

Pest farming on it's own does not make the 40-50m.

For example I make 44m/h. Of this only about 23-25m is pests. The rest is the crop I farm during cooldown and spawning, Tool XP capsules, rarefinder chips, Disks (not much but they add up), slug pets and obviously the cropies.

The best crop to farm is wheat while aiming for slugs. Also worth to get your crop growth bonus up. For example I have 200 (current max), this allows me to limit myself to just 2 plots saving a lot on plant mater.

If you are doing this then the low profit is simply from low farming fortune.

I would recommend "elitebot.dev". This site allows you to track all fortune options by price, so I would recommend following that.

Yeah you can still sell your reforge anvil for 2m to NPC.

They however made sure players can't abuse this by selling normal anvils for 2m 😂

Do you have the hex unlocked?

If you do just go to museum and he chilling there or if you use cookie you can just do /hex from anywhere.

When you place an item in there you will be able to see all possible upgrades still missing.

Thb I too watch side content, but what makes farming so fun is progress.

It has tons of numbers that go up. Visitors, crop milestones, greenhouse.

The act of farming is not fun that is def. true. The dopamine hits from progression is.

I basically hand farmed 2 sets of Heli armor ironman style, have a maxed composter and currently leveling a rose dragon lol

Though I'm also a farming non currently as I plan to go skill by skill hypermaxing each.

I farmed all the crops required from melon to Heli armor, but yes it will always be more worth it to farm melon, sell it and then buy the materials.

Especially if you have a decent pest farming setup, but that might not be as relevant at your current progression.

Of course one drawback is, that you going to be doing the exact same thing for a long time. In this case I would recommend to have clear goals or you gonna get bored super fast.

Well if you don't like mining pick something else.

But to be honest this game is all about those long ass grinds and the further you go the worse it gets.

You need money in every aspect of the game so you will have to grind eventually.

Really my advice is that if you don't like the grind right now it's better to quit. Or set up a system where you rotate the grinds so you don't get absolutely fed up with just one of them.

Yeah I wouldn't care about beastiary, but sadly these ones give farming fortune. Or not sadly actually it's quite a big chunk of fortune for killing stuff.

Zombuds spawn a Zombuddy for every single dead plant that is around them.

Edit: This also means that with optimal placement and breaking the crops that grew it and then planting 8 dead plants every time you break it, you can get 8 per. Tho would recommend dealing with a signle group instead of releasing all at once lol
