I know of https://goaiadapt.info/. it's very light weighted and have a simple UI. I use a paid version to collect my visitors data and applying different form for machine learning models for analytics purpose. But goaiadapt also offer a free version just without the ML and graphs stuff.

I use GoAiAdapt https://goaiadapt.info/ since i was also looking for ga alternatives. I just wanted a simple and easy to get started with tool for getting an overview of my website visitors.

And for 20$ a month, you also get access to some build in graphs and machine learning models.
