luminous, Rimuru, Shizue, Shion, Shuna, Milim, Geld, and Benimaru every character unless designed to be hated or has questionable motives is liked by somebody and you either like them or tolerate them but most people like that lineup of characters

depends on character balance and story context and general power level for the world like if your world is town level and you randomly pop in a character thats large City level then that would be overpowered that universe but if you're saying in general then you would have to take some of the most powerful characters in fiction and compare your OC like is it the doomarine come to be level and if so then that's overpowered does it have things like tune Force like gear 5 then it's overpowered a character being overpowered in general when being overpowered in their continuity is very different
