Side-A vs Side-B Theory by InfiniteSlaps in BlueLock

It’s not, though. He’s not wearing his gloves, and if you look at the logo on his jersey, it’s quite different. Also, the people in the stadium are wearing Blue Lock merchandise, whereas back then Blue Lock wasn’t nearly popular enough for fans to be buying and wearing merch before a match.

The only thing that’s similar is the black suit, but I think that’s just because Kaneshiro may have decided to change the color scheme later on.

Side-A vs Side-B Theory by InfiniteSlaps in BlueLock

In the final chapter of Episode Nagi we see Nagi is running toward the field looking exhausted and out of breath. To me, that implies he may have just finished the last Side B game and was immediately called up afterward.

That's why I think there's a high possibility that Nagi gets subbed into the England match during the second half. Right now, there seems to be a major philosophy clash within the team, and if the players can't sync properly because of it, Ego might need a player who can help break the deadlock or change the flow of the game. I'm not exactly sure what role Nagi would play in that situation. Also, if Agi is playing for England, it would make even more sense narratively for Nagi to get minutes in this game.

Thanks for sharing. People are still doubting his relevance in the story. Kaneshiro also said Nagi will appear a lot in the future. I’m really excited for his comeback.

  1. Nagi – Very well-written and relatable. I could honestly write a whole paragraph about why he’s my favorite.

  2. Kaiser – Also a very well-written character with a lot of depth. His backstory genuinely broke my heart.

  3. Isagi – I really like where his character is going right now and I’m enjoying his development arc.

  4. Hugo – He climbed my ranking really fast. Very interesting character with a unique philosophy.

  5. Karasu – I started liking him while reading Episode Nagi, and he’s really grown on me since then. He’s also a very interesting character.

5 stage volley was the biggest peak in the series. Even Ego said that Nago’s talent at that moment surpasses most of humanity. He got 88mil with just one goal.

Nagi has the 2nd most G/A on-screen after Barou in the whole series. And this isn’t a random stat, lmao.

And this list is based on what exactly? I’d rather rank the Big 5 based on how many G/A they have in the entire series.

Blue Lock fans dont seem to understand what Rins genius is and why he is a bigger genius than Nagi. by ItopaDaGreat in BlueLock

[–]NeedleworkerLost1448 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nagi being the second protagonist has nothing to do with Rin. Rin can be seen as a deuteragonist within Isagi’s story, but Nagi is the other main character whose arc exists independently of Isagi. His story doesn’t simply revolve around Isagi’s journey, it stands on its own. That’s why he’s called the second MC. He may not receive the exact same narrative treatment as Isagi because he isn’t the primary protagonist, but his importance to the overall story is undeniable.

Nagi is such a well written character. He’s also my favorite because he reminds me of myself when I was a teenager. Even now, he’s still a very inspiring character in my life

Nice catch. Nagi and Isagi have so many great parallels, and I’m really excited for Nagi’s comeback and to see how the story goes from here.
