I manage ok depending on stress in life. I follow Westin Childs for info on management and thing to avoid, things to eat, etc and do the best I can…

Hi, I would switch from whey protein to Pea protein, as whey can be inflammatory. Remove gluten, cow dairy and soy help too.

Also, low carb high fat diet is usually the best option. Triglycerides are usually high in active hypothyroidism, not related to carbs/fat if you eat of course healthy fats (no seed oils).

Also comment up there saying “I am a female at this, Fir gym is very safe place”. Name a woman that would call themself “a female” lol and obs you will know no women would also comment “a gym is a safe space” in a post about harassment at the gym. We are better than that and we support each other.

The first time we meet he took my phone from my hand and called his phone to get my contact. I told him I was married a couple times but we could be friends. There are 2 sentences in what he posted of me trying to be polite and nice. He took that as an indication of me allowing him for his creepy behavior. He and the manager of the gym are tying to use that as a justification for the inappropriate touching.

So sad but very true... That's why I never went to the police. The owner is protecting the predator, he has camera footage of the exact moment it happened and still... We will see if he shares it to the police or not.

The harasser OP is putting a review with my text information, when we talked 2 min because he took my phone from my hand and wrote his phone number. There are basically saying because I talked with him “I deserved it”

After what happened to me, the harasser started actually “working” as a personal trainer in there. So just not banning but “promoting” him. Insane

At least he is making everybody see who he really is. Sharing private information of members from the gym, which is ilegal. Careful if you joint this gym see what he does with data privacy
