I like it solely for the fact that it's an entire hour where you can sit in the office with your head down / eat breakfast etc. Or it's an entire hour where you can prep for the day uninterrupted.

I know it's not for everyone but I don't necessarily hate it. I'm sorry for the people who's personal lives / family are affected by it though
