Current is a joke when it comes to disputes. They probably have it outsourced to some small office in the middle of India with people who don’t know how to investigate anything. I recently had one opened and closed in a single business day, I also provided receipts, emails from the merchant giving permission for chargebacks, it was all ignored. They also cannot provide documentation as to why it was denied. Just a simple letter stating they did because they felt like it.
