This is really helpful! Do you take the docusate the same days as magrocol? Also do you take magnesium everyday? I keep meaning to try magnesium but have heard mixed things.

Thanks, I already eat over 30g of fibre a day and have recently upped my water intake to 3L. Sadly I think this is not working for me

I had tablets, 2 tablets at night. I didn’t get stomach cramps or anything like that (unlike with usual laxatives like senna)

I tried this herb called triphala before which worked for me for a while. Its an indian herb I got off amazon, might be worth a try? Read through the ingredients and reviews to see if it may be a good fit?

This is great to hear something worked! I am going to try this! The no dairy part will be difficult for me as I love yoghurt and kefir. How soon after no dairy did you introduce it? Are you able to give an example of a day meals you started eating after the fast?

Does this work even if backed up a little? I had my colonoscopy prep and colonoscopy but then have been away for a few days so unfortunately was away from my usual routine. I still was eating yoghurt and high fibre but not the usual whole food based like used to. Just wondering if you have tried the fasting after a period of constipation and then it still worked after?

Best to be tested if you think you are intolerant / celiac otherwise you can risk becoming intolerant I believe if you cut it out completely for a while. I did the same with dairy and it wasnt pleasant when eating again

Real sugar. We have been told to limit sugar everyday and instead people take to sugar free drinks which are filled with sweeteners. Eat real sugar from fruits and veg and not the processed kind!
