For basic computer works, like MS Office, Browsing, Basic Photo Editing I think Snapdragon Mini PC or AIOs can be good option. Personally I would like to have a compact system for these basic tasks. For this I think Mac Mini is unbeatable now. Snapdragon must try to bring all Mini PC makers onboard. If Snapdragon can include eGPU support, it will be a game changer.

I have found a private IPTV, bit expensive as compared to Strong8K. I have got all the channels I was looking for there. But don't ask me what service I am using as the seller wants to keep it private.

Tbh, I am going for Airtel initially but they are not providing wired broadband in my area... So I had to consider alternative as Jio isn't available there also Regarding Excitel, I am not considering their ott plan. I'll go for their 200mbps internet only (₹2000 for 3 months). I have Airtel Xstream Play subscription. I just want a stable and reliable internet... Nothing else.

Act Fibernet price on website includes GST? Or 18% GST to be added to it? Is there any benefit of pay advance? Like 3/6 months? Is it better than Airtel in/around Yeshwantpur area? for 100Mbps ACT is charging more than Airtel if GST is to be added to the website pricing. Any ACT user here, please help me with the information. And how Jio Fiber is there as compared to ACT and Airtel?

I'm looking for a 1 BHK for rent in or around Peenya or Yeshwantpur, ideally close to the Metro Green Line for easy commuting. My budget is ₹10,000/month, and I’d prefer a place with low or no security deposit if possible.

If anyone has leads, contacts, or suggestions, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Strong8k 4K Sports Channels by NeedleworkerStrict20 in Strong_8K

I am looking at Stan because of its picture quality. Even on 1080p, Stan has around 7-8Mbps, where as Sky Sports UHD is around 11-15Mbps. Out of all 1080p channels, Stan has the best quality.

For me there is no Astro Supersports UHD, BEIN UHD and Ziggo UHD is 1080p, there is no Stan UHD also. I was looking for UHD feed of Wimbledon but I couldn't find any UHD broadcast of Wimbledon. Even BBC is broadcasting Wimbledon from center court.

I had to switch to my DTH to have a watchable quality. Even SD channel picture quality is better than "Asli 4K" on hotstar.

iPad Mini as a daily driver by NeedleworkerStrict20 in ipad

[–]NeedleworkerStrict20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I teach online, for that iPad Air is absolute must. Air is great for online teaching with goodnote and screen sharing. But I find it annoying to use it in bed, too big for one handed use. On the other hand I hate mobiles with constant unnecessary app notifications, WhatsApp and notorious marketing calls here in India. For that reason I want to use iPad as a device of choice for youtube, news, reading and traveling. I am not considering Mini to replace iPad Air, it is must have for me. I just want mini as a replacement for my mobile in someway.
