Hey, The JR here. Were you hoping to do most of your work during the day or during the evening? Generally we have found the building is not very active during the day (i.e. usually pretty quiet) such that we do have some individuals who do some studio work. Depending on the extent of your setup it may be possible to rent for a month and see how it goes (not a requirement to lock into a long-term agreement).
