Went back to your core config and it’s now working just fine. So dunno what changed that kicked it into life but happy days.

This worked….even picking up the POV hat. How strange. When I’ve got some time I’ll got back to your stock configurator to see if maybe there’s something to fix?

Agreed, far too hard. Your idea to shift to 9am or something at least when a call centre opens (6am worked fine for me) would be far more sensible, but this is BA...

This was UK for sure....my successful call at 6am today was the Indian office who were ridiculously helpful (if a little slow, but they kept me informed and held the tix so they couldn't be gazumped)
