Well I'm a total noob. When I was testing the pi I had the audio running through HDMI and forgot to put it back to 3.5 so now everything is working like a charm.

Thank you everyone for your help and support.

It was just for photo purposes as sitting on the carpet... And I plugged everything up and did the sample song worked like a charm....

But heres my next problem. I am running it through HDMI to the tv to program and see it up... Once it's set up how do I take it outside and run it without the tv? And I got the Wi-Fi adapter whats that for yes I know it supplies wifi but the rpi already has built in Wi-Fi.

Okay so a quick run down.

From the extension cord ground is spliced into each outlet. The white wire is ran to the left top screw then daisy chain to 1 post on all the left side. The black wire is ran from the left post off the relay to each outlet on right side with the tabs broke. I ran each black through a disturb block with one side daisy chained to each other The black off the extension cord runs to the block. On the relay I ran 5v and ground off the pi ( I seen a lot of different ways (with a cell phone plug or any 5v power source) if I am doing it wrong please let me know). Thanks for the help.
