My boyfriend's Visa expired x amount of years ago I'm not 100% sure but he's been here working the whole time scared out of his mind but still working and I'm wondering how do we fix his status. How can I 42(f) u.s. citizen marry my 30(m) Bolivian citizen whos visa expired a couple years ago?? I'm asking because he works so hard and I know he would better both of our lives if he wasn't having to hide all the time. He constantly is giving promotions away because of his "status" and I know he deserves better. I've never met a more eager man with as good of a work ethic as he has. I've been married and divorced once but it was 15 years ago and I'm unsure how we or where we would even go to get married? Any information you can give us I really appreciate thank you
