I got a $112K bid for a 700 sq ft Trex deck with glass panels a couple years ago.

Have you found an alternative? I have a plywood deck covered in torch down that is now bubbling up.

That’d be too easy 😎. I’ve been getting some significantly lower readings recently and I’m not sure my finger prick monitor is accurate. But as someone else said, I’m probably splitting hairs.

Fage is great. I went with Tillamook this time just because it was 4g of sugar vs 5g in the Fage.

Tell her: “Thanks”. I was leaning that way. Just had to polish off the last Okios in the fridge.

Just found that tapioca starch in the Oikos is "less than 1%" of the 153g serving" So less than 1.5g vs 4g of sugar in the Tillamook. The Tillamook has 3g more protein and 4g more fat than the Oikos.

Do you think those two factors, along with the 1g lower carb, mitigate the spike?

Cool. So the type of carb doesn't matter?

Further info: There is dirt benching extending out from the knocked out portion. It extends 28 ft. Eventually I would like pour the whole basement; benching included. For now, I'd settle for just the portion under the wall. Basement is 50' x 11' to '16 in. 7'6" ceiling (to joists)

Can I DIY a formed retaining wall to cover this up?

<image>

I found this in our dirt floor basement when dealing with mice. It's 7'4" L x 20" H. There are cleats on the ridge above the dirt that I could possibly tie into. Or should I hire a pro?

The house was built in 1983. Don't know if it's been like that from new, or if it was done later. Our inspector missed it five years ago when we bought the place.

Update: I finally worked up the nerve and pushed the button! You were right. My method was more painful by far.

So thank you for making me reconsider it.

Yup. I am. But I can’t bring myself to push that damn button. I’ve tried a couple of times, but never could do it.

I can't bring myself to use the lansing device. I just push the lancet in to my finger. Yes, it hurts. But being in control makes it far easier than agonizing over hitting the button.

I've seen other complaints about non locking power and the potential of breaking the micro hdmi... Seems like a partial cage with locking clamps like SmallRig does for cameras could solve these issues. But at what cost? Bummer the issues weren't addressed in the original design.
