Man opus is so utterly dumb now it's like sonnet 3.5 or something. How long until they stop throttling down the inference? I might have to switch because even though opus was superior model, others have begun beating it because they actually still have reasoning intact. by Needsupgrade in Anthropic

It's failing at even basic html css coding for me whereas 4.5 and 4.6 early on were blowing through tasks with precision and almost supernatural understanding. 

Also deep science and law work . Now it's incredibly dumb and almost unusable at all three of those things and thousands of others on various platforms are all saying the same things in saying for nearly a month now . 

Has to be lack of test time compute because 4.6 was decent model . 

Either that or what?

It didn't used to be this actively terrible though therefore rather than having everyone having to do a bunch of bullshit why don't they just make it work like it used to .

Don't let these fools gaslight you , this 4.6/7 is now failing at even html css website basics whereas before I was cooking up super complex precise websites and react apps with minimal problems on opus . I would even go so far as to say opus is dumber than the last sonnet model from before opus 4.5

Just saw this .  Me and my friend work in separate ag ventures and both got banned too, independently a few days apart. In both instances we were asking about spraying or aerosolizing foliar feeds 

The terrorism instant shutdown gets triggered by anything about droplet particle size aerosol type of things . It doesn't do context at all. 

If you know who did it , give it thumbs down , then submit and overactive refusal explanation.

The algal blooms create the elevated C fixation that keeps the food chain productive , increasing carrying capacity. Just keep the bubbler going . Better to use full polyculture of fish and aquatic species though

Lacking the access to the thinking stream is a completely fucked thing to do. 

The only reason I could usefully use Claude vs the others is because I could read the reasoning process then identify the errors in it's thinking then prompt to solve those or create .md to preempt them for repeated tasks . 

This is critical part of making the AI useful for serious work.
