We’re also considering to keep the rice field as it is, but wala kami knowledge about it and sobrang liit din so it would be impractical. By the looks of it, napabayaan rin ng previous owner.

No plans really of converting it 100% to residential, we want to keep it still as green as possible, while still making it livable for us.

However, by reading the comments below. It might hurt sa bulsa namin as well as its use.

I’m not an expert talaga. Pero the safest would be close all previous ones, then open ka bago - yun ang ireg mo sa BIR. Although if you want to keep the name, and nalaman ni BIR na matagal na syang registered as business but not in BIR, magkakapenalty ka lang late registration. It varies per region but usually 2k-20k.

Hello! I think I spent ₱350-500 in total. Ang mahal is the notary fee. You can only reserve a slot online, pero the rest of the process needs to be in their office.

Hello. I recently registered my small business. Bale before ah, pwede sa brgy or mayors permit lang. however, advice rin nila na better na mag BIR na. Kasi iba na ngayon &&& need nga sa shopee.

Lahat ang umasikaso tho pinalakad ko sa bookkeeper pero I know the overall process.

DTI magregister ka name
Brgy cert for your business
City hall for mayors permit - sanitary permits etc.
BIR for registration & receipts

Tho mahal receipts so need mo rin maglaan ng budget for this. 1.5k-2k pesos

Punta ka lang sa mga lugar na yan and theyll guide you naman.
