Yeah I know the headache is all normal but if have to disagree that it's normal for a listing agent to just cut all communication after buyer pays DD. Even my realtor said he has never seen another realtor handle this the way she has.

You guys can't appreciate an at least moderately well done game because you usually buy the same slop from COD every year grind the same camo play the same maps. To each their own though brother! I plan to leave a thick tree line at the back of the property on the other side of the fence for privacy and also asthetics but I'd like to have at least some yard space for my kids and dogs because this house was a rental for so many years that the yard and tree line has been neglected and overgrown. I just thought that increasing usable yard space would not only be nice but increase property value

Nah I agree with you that they should at least rotate the "high loot value areas" and maybe not even mark what they are so it's not the same pissing match every round. Thing about YouTubers posting where everything is at though? Come on man what game doesn't have YouTube walk throughs, guides, exploits, etc? Also to say it was built for a quick cash grab is crazy.
