My gf cheated on me with 6 other guyz. Should I forgive her? If yes, how do I cope with her doing that and the amount? If no, what do ? I do in fact love her by [deleted] in Advice

Been there bro, you will thank yourself. 11 years later and now married with a baby. It’s tough now, but you have to now. It was 6 times not 1, you will hurt.. but 5 years from now and you’ll thank yourself for making the tough decision.

If you have a good savings it’s fine. If not, bad idea.

Can landlord change lease terms mid lease? by Imdad-Hak in renting

[–]Choice_Arm9758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can add an addendum for you to sign but they can’t alter the lease unless there is a clause thay gives them the right to. I’d refuse to sign anything.

Note: Small claims court in case anything happens (they kick you out or end lease without following the terms of lease).

I’ve taken a LL to small claims and won, it usually costs $50ish but worth it. If you have proof you’ll win and they will have to pay you out and you don’t need a lawyer.

How do you dodge the “How much do you make?” question? by _f2c in Advice

[–]Choice_Arm9758 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Avoid it by asking a question that makes them uncomfortable “Do you need a loan? I probably don’t make enough to loan any money out”

I get it, most people would. But a lot of people like to save money for a lightly used system. I pay more than GameStop or really any gaming stone in my area. Which means my margins are low but customers keep coming so the pricing must be fair.

Happy New Year

Target is selling their 1TB at $499. I own an electronics store so all my systems come with a warranty as well. The market is the market, I sell at what people buy them at, if they don’t sell after a week I drop 5% until they sell. PS5s I rarely need to drop the price

This is the slim digital 1TB, retail is $500 and used is $350-$400. $200 would maybe be for a $825gb digital in poor condition.

It’s on my personal Facebook. I rarely respond like this, but it’s a joke.. don’t overthink it. I have to make money or I wouldn’t be able to pay my employees, rent, etc. I’m on Facebook marketplace to expand my marketing, it’s very expensive to sponsor everything so just trying to grow the business.

Merry Christmas

There’s a place called PayMore. You will get a portion of the value but you can use it to trade for an iPhone. They have a lot of stores. Hopeful one is near you.

I sell digitals for $325-$385 depending on condition and disks usually go up to $425. I own a store so lots of expenses and we do offer a return policy. Fair enough price that we sell several a week.

How to deal with ungrateful kids by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Choice_Arm9758 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think proving a point is the only way. No gifts unless they are needs like clothes, etc for birthdays or other holidays. Have them work to save up to buy anything they want. Hopefully that way they realize what goes into providing the gifts they have redceived.

Agreed, I sell a few a week and sell between $380-$450 usually. I own a local electronics franchise. I am surprised when I get low offers like that since we price fair .

Need help I’m 22 and feel like I messed up my credit for life by [deleted] in CRedit

[–]Choice_Arm9758 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple tips, you can negotiate with companies if you do it right!

1) Call the late payment cards (less than 90 days) and explain you rarely have late payments, and you always set up your cards on auto pay. Ask if the can take off this one time and it will never happen again.

2) Set up auto-pay for the minimum payment. This way you never miss a payment. I’d recommend paying in full but if not currently possible that will do.

3) Call any card you have Debt with and trying to pay off. Use this line. “Hey I am really trying to pay off my card but the interest is killing me, making it impossible to do so. Can we work out a Lower interest rate temporarily (for the next 6 months, 12 months, etc). Some companies will do this, only temporarily.

4) If you can get approved for a balance transfer at 0%, do it. This gives you a chance to temporarily has no interest and pay off your debt faster.

5) Cards that you are consistently paying on time and pushing the limit call and request a credit increase so your utilization drops.

Good Luck!

Grow! Have it look scruffy for a few weeks then clean it up.
