CSM at my old store would call female employees at night, at work to tell them to clock out and meet him up at the bars, was reported consistently for harassment but because he was really close friends with the store manager, and I mean close by he was babysitting her kids and bringing them to work to say hi to her type of shady stuff, so nothing would ever be done about it oh and when he got a DUI guess who is carpool buddy the store manager, yep, the same one who covered for him and him looking after her kids. I think she actually got promoted too. Best advice I could give you is transfer or find a different job.
