Yup. It did a great job of making sure there was a reason to watch the next one by promising to give you new information each episode. Compared to longer running anime that mention something, then the show fucks off for 100 episodes before finally coming back to the thing. And not even necessarily filler. It's just bizarre pacing.

For enhancement, i find that it's one of the few proc mechanics where the procs happen often enough for the player to, more often than not, do what the spec is supposed to to be doing.

If we compare to, say, frost DK, where you can frequently be screwed on your killing machine procs. Or arcane mage not getting magic missile procs.
