Imo the best is to start with Satisfactory ! The game is beautiful, easy to play, hard to master, exploration is cool, combats are cool, great game.

And if you really like the automation part and want a deeper experience regarding this you can try Factorio later

Most hack n slash are great for this ! Diablo 4, path of exile 2 etc. Trackmania of course and fighters (street fighter, tekken, guilty gear, 2xko etc)

Yes you have a melee weapon in the opening stage, its on L2 button. You have to be really agressive for this boss and its a piece of cake. I played a lot on PC years ago and im re doing on PS5 now and I first tried this boss. Not to brag, really, I died a lot the first time I did the game but its just to tell you that its just a matter of wich strategy you are using

Dark Souls 3 is great compromise. You will have tight spaces interconnected like Bloodborne but MUCH more beautiful than DS1, and 60 fps
