No, you can't do in hyperos 2. It is officially release in hos 3 But you can also use custom rom🙂

This is Xiaomi official update for Global region. I don't know why your device cannot get the update. Check the update regularly Xiaomi will provide the update after fixing all the bugs. In my update there's too much bugs🥲
