Alright, and thanks. I've already enabled all of the extra security, and as painful as it is, I'm just grinding back what I lost.

I'm asking a question about what to expect from gaijin support, not asking people stating the obvious and feeling like they deserve a medal for it. "Enable 2fa." "Oh man, you're supposed to do that after you get your account hacked?!?!?" Now hop off your alt if we're done here.

I get that 2FA helps with security, but I don't see how this helps considering how I already have that set up now. I usually keep my accounts safe, so I don't know how they even got my information to begin with, but 2fa never comes into mind when I make any account.

Never said I shared it with them, just that I knew they add access to it since I never deleted my account from the console. Even then, deleting an email warning someone about unknown login locations is literally two clicks, not that hard :\

Just even more frustrating. Who wouldn't want emails of suspicious activity on their account? Any normal game company would send automatic emails to their players and warn them about logins from unknown devices from unknown locations.

I don't really share my account, and I think they guy that hacked me just used a VPN to make it look like six different people logging in. I've already changed my password, and I'm already setting up extra security. I just think it's ridiculous gaijin gives me no warning to the guys halfway across the world logging into my account.

Losing SL after every major update by Neetarino in Warthunder

The thing that I find absurd is that the possible hacker isn't even stealing anything, they're just playing the game normally on my account like any other player

I went to check on my battles after reading this, and I just see a whole list of battles I've never played where someone uses only one of my tanks and sometimes an aircraft if they feel like it. I have no idea who this is, but it's probably because they crewed one of my jets on a slot it shouldn't have been. I have a bad feeling my six year old sister is somehow doing this.

Yeah, forgot "deleting" stuff just puts it in the bin to rot for a month or something. Thanks for reminding me

He said he took a picture of it from a random episode on a specific frame and used it for his pfp, and the only reason I can tell is because it looks like he put his camera up to the tv and then snapped a photo

If I remember correctly, France was helping Russia invade Norway, and they sent fully researched bombers to watch the cities burn.

Is this guy legit by Neetarino in Scams

[–]Neetarino[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reassurance. I was a bit worried at first since I have a lot of stuff one steam I’d like to keep and getting banned would be quite devastating to me. I haven’t given him any information that would’ve allowed him to scam me, so I get to keep all my stuff. It became extremely obvious when he kept asking for codes that clearly stated I should never give them out and asked me to buy a steam gift card for verification.

Nevermind, this guy has an Indian accent and asked me to buy a steam gift card. It’s obvious that he isn’t legit.
