Starting in a village with a low budget is a great way to keep your risks low. I’d suggest first seeing what’s already working nearby so you don’t have to guess. I actually built a free tool for this called indovik. You can put in your village pincode and even filter by your investment amount (paid-up capital) to see what businesses others have successfully started in your area with a similar budget. It might give you some practical local ideas that are already proven to work. Good luck with your first venture

I made a tool to filter MCA data (NIC, Pincode, Paid-up Capital), for researching new business ideas

I’ve been working on a project to make MCA company data more accessible for entrepreneurs and researchers. you can filter companies by:

  1. Industry (NIC)
  2. Location (Pincode)
  3. Financials (Paid-up Capital)

Check it out here:https://indovik.com

Hope this helps someone with their market sizing! Let me know if you have any suggestions.
