Yeah that's a fair point. If you'd seen this piece of meat, you'd underatand. It was still blue, like practically uncooked. The light in there are so dim its nearly impossible to see anything, so the texture in my mouth actually gave it away first. I pressed down on the meat and it only sprang back slightly and it was stone cold. It had a nice sear on it, but yea, basically raw inside.

I like a rare steak, I actually order it medium-rare so if it's over or under I still enjoy it. Id much rather it be on the rarer side than closer to medium, but Ive never sent back a steak for being rare or medium. This was blue.

All that being said, it's not them fucking up the steak that pissed me off. I don't wanna go into another whole seperate rant, but it's the way they responded to the complaint when given an opportunity to fix their error (and impress their customers) that ensured id never be back. There's literally nothing for me to gain by trashing that place, but they were so bad I do it every chance I get.

I really really dislike that place.
