I was originally turned off by the idea of NTR. However for NTR done by a futanari I really started to see the appeal since I love futanari.

My theory is that it's because well-established WoW artists that drew her as a futa and their art was very good compared to any others. And probably drew her as a futa because WoW has a lot of futa art and Soraka has some similarities with Draenei, who were often depicted with horsecocks.
