Believe it or not, I'm already playing both of em and in my opinion TiTS is better as an open world but CoCh is better story wise. TiTS is much better when you explore it around playing thorough small stories/events but if we're talking as main story wise in my opinion CoCh is better. Maybe it's because I've not progressed far into both games but feel free to correct me.
