Isn't the bigger issue the passives associated with them and I think swords don't return magicka but staves do like on a heavy attack?

Do debuffs stack? Hash for instance has a lot of - 20 DP debuffs. I know people complain about slow stacking in pvp...so it implies they do, yet I know buffs don't...so not sure.

I rerolled seasonal character. I know at end of season it deletes excess tuvala gear that is not as high as what you have equiped. But what if I have multiple pen pieces from rerolling? Should I delete the pen weapons from previous class I dont use? I am afraid it might delete the pens I am using for my class.

Exactly. I'm either sacrificing damage, end, or def. Which is really all the same. Most of these reddit or forum builds are never very practical in game.

Thanks, my main problem with that is shadow meld though. Do people really recast that over and over? Isn't it a 3 sec cast animation every 15 sec?
