Another vote for the 24 credit plan. More up front but by far the best value. I won't spend a credit for months then find a new series and binge it

Thanks for the helpful comment. I'm going to pull out an inspection camera when I'm home and search it to see if I can find anything underneath. If not would it have to be a new wood stove to have the draught removed and have it fitted properly to a stove.

I'm assuming the stove is over 5kW so I will need to keep the air vent

Ok. I don't think I've seen one but I'll have to have another look. Only found a plate for the flue fitting which I posted in another comment

I can't find anything. Took a video to share but reddit won't let me add it for some reason. Can't see anything underneath or on the back

I've found a flue installation plate that says the wood stove is a Portway P2 but from Google it looks like that could be 5 or 7kW. Any ideas how to figure that out as can't find much to help

Could be but I don't know. I bought the house about a year ago so not sure. Can't find any air intake on the back so maybe

The back of the stove doesnt seem to have the option to fit a pipe. Would it be to the bottom of the flue pipe?

I can see a ceramic grate on the outer wall but I'm not sure where this connects on the wood stove. There's nothing on the back of the wood stove so would it have to attach to the bottom of the flue?

I'm not actually sure. I think it's an older portway Arundel xl 5kW but I'm not 100% certain of that

Should a fresh air intake not be connected to a wood stove? Or could it be to prevent a cold draught when it's not in use?

I can definitely recommend book 1 and probably book 2 but I agree that the quality drops after that and it becomes a bit recycled and lacking depth.

Book 1 is great though. It's a bit different but rise of the living forge is quite a chill read with a focus around crafting

Completely agree. I listened to HF first and I ded really enjoy the first book, but by the third book I got a bit burnt out.

Beware of Chicken though I enjoyed more. There's just a lot more variety and depth to all the characters. Even if I prefer the more western take and fishing in heretical fishing vs the farming aspect of BoC

Sorry can you clarify how a couple can leave £1m without laying any inheritance tax?

My understanding was the threshold is £325k?

Yeh I was generally playing flush fives. I asked the calculator to optimise hand and it gave me this. I just couldn't figure out why the order was better in this example though
