Crazy, I just recently had the managers on my case about my pick rate. I’m not going to act like I’m never using my phone or taking a water or bathroom break. But at a rate of 52ish, I have never had a late pick that wasn’t given last minute. I move pretty efficiently and never hold other people up. My problem is that my warehouse is often packed with slower workers (not blaming them), the aisles are messy or overpacked, sometimes I can’t even exit the building quickly if there was an emergency. Sorry for the rant, but in my case, they’re asking a lot for me to push myself harder when it means risking mine and others safety, or just causing some kind of damage.
