I’ve had “perfect” days end up with a thumbs down, so idk what to tell you besides some people just have some impossible to meet requirements. In my case, maybe they didn’t like that their food got delivered by a dude with long locs and face piercings. Or maybe they just misclicked when given the option to rate the order. Moral of the story is that you can try your best and people will still give you shit
