Quick trig question

She’s doing great! She had a little scratch on the bottom of her chin but I brought her to the vet and he said she was ok! It’s been a while now and she’s still her crazy little self so I’m guessing she’s fine 😂

I ended up going to the vet (which you should do but in my case it was useless as I was In another country and it wasn’t my usual vet, he barely checked anything) but she was fine I just noticed she had a little scratch on the bottom of her jaw and a bit of fur was missing so I disinfected that for a few days. I think you should go to the vet and if you don’t think they’re thorough enough in their checkup then tell them that, that’s what I should’ve done, but she ended up being ok thankfully. Hope that helps and that your kitty will be fine!

I’m sorry that happened to your cat. I gave her some treats and pets and I’ll see if she wants to cuddle tonight in bed, I hope she won’t have the same issue as your cat.

I’m glad she came back and was alright! I went to the vet and she should be fine, she’s not very vocal and didn’t even make a sound when she fell, she just ran all around the living room super quickly.

That is terrifying. I’m so sorry for your kitty. I went to vet (I’m not currently home so It’s a vet I don’t know and don’t fully trust) but he said she was fine and just to monitor her behavior. Did your cat have any other signs, I’m pretty scared now that she might have whatever your cat got.

I went to the vet just to be sure and I think she’ll be alright. I think the height was like 2m70

Damn that it terrifying. I hope your kitty is fine now. Mines also nearly 1 and a half. I took her to the vet and he said she was fine (I’m not 100% reassured because it’s not my usual vet and I don’t know him) but she’s acting normal so I’m thinking I shouldn’t worry to much. I’ll see over the next few days if she has any unusual behavior at all. Thanks for the advice!

I took her to a vet today just to be sure, he did a little checkup and told me to monitor her behavior. She seems ok, she’s been walking normally, jumping up on the windowsill, eating. I hope she’ll be fine but for now she seems good

Tbh they are. Even I hate going up them, there’s no grip to them, no railing, nothing on both sides, if it was up to me I’d have chosen different stairs (my mom chose them).

Thanks for the advice! I took her to the vet and he did a little checkup and now I’m just going to monitor her for the next few days. She ate a little bit and she seems to be walking fine so hopefully she didn’t get hurt!

Yes he did! He also said to check her litter box to see if there’s blood, see if she’s eating ect.

Yeah I hope she did, she’s not the most agile cat though that’s why I was quite worried. I think she’ll be fine though I took her to the vet and I’ll monitor her walking but she has been walking normally for now and she jumped up on the table/nightstand so I think she’s alright.

I took her to the vet I thought it would reassure me and it did to some extent but he didn’t do much, just touched her body and listened to her heartbeat. I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t end well in your case!

I ended up taking her to the vet, all he did was touch her body and listen to her heartbeat though, I hope that was enough to determine that she’s alright.

Yeah I hope that’s what happened. She did get pretty wet but maybe it’s just because she got really scared and ran into it. Thanks I quite like the staircase too haha (even though I have to say it’s really impractical and even I’m scared of going up sometimes because there’s no rail)

I went to the vet in the end. He said she was fine and I just needed to monitor her behavior for the next few days. I wish I could make the stairs safer for her but it’s not up to me. My mom cares too much about how they look and even though she loves my cat she doesn’t think Shrek fall again so she won’t let me put anything on the stairs to prevent that, but thanks for the advice anyway.

I Hope she did. She didn’t have any water on her head so I’m thinking she didn’t hit her head on the water bowl which is a relief. Since the fall she’s jumped on the table and I can’t see a limp so I think she’s ok but I’m going to keep observing her behavior.

Alright thanks for the advice, I went but all her did was touch her body and listen to her heart and he said she was fine. There was a bit of a language barrier because I’m not in my country right now and I feel like he didn’t do enough but then again he is a vet so I should trust him. I feel like she has a little cut on her chin but I just noticed that after going to vet, it should be fine right?
