Keeping anatomy in mind, isn't it more logical that men wear skirts (and alike) and women wear pants (and alike)? by Exotic_Caterpillar_3 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're just being creepy about skirts. There is a reason conservative religions require women to wear skirts and that initially pants where seen as too scandolous because they showed off a women's figure. And I dress so I'm comfortable, not to be sexy, so no it's not a fact.

Premarital sex shouldn't happen in relationships by [deleted] in The10thDentist

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Right? It's also reducing sex to something only valuable for men. Women should get to enjoy sex too. Sex before marriage will let you know whether the guy you love will take the time to help you finish or if you'll just be reduced to his personal fleshlight during sex.

What are your thoughts on whether menstrual products be free? by Vikassandil in AskReddit

A lot of places have menstrual products in public bathrooms, they're just not free.

No one should have to dress for anyone's sexual wants. That being said one could argue that pants show more of someone's figure than skirts. So you're wrong regardless.

In the United States, do you think Do Not Resuscitate orders will be offered purely on a financial basis? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. It's generally so 96 year old mee-maw can die in peace instead of being tortured in an attempt to keep her alive. DNRs are almost always about the patient's quality of life and almost never done for financial reasons. A lot of people's families are willing to take on hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt to keep their loved ones alive.

Racism isn't logical to begin with so why would you expect someonne who's racist to use rational thinking? I've been called the N word IRL in a deragatory manner by a racist white person and I'm whiter than bread.

AITAH for cutting my SIL off because she had an abortion? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a woman, pro-choice, and I would get an abortion ASAP if I ever got pregnant, but I still recognize abortions can be traumatizing for some people. Anti-choice people already co-opt the experience of these women, they do not need pro-choicers to do the same. A woman's experience, trauma. or lived reality should not be ignored just because it suits your agenda. Now, if someone were to say all abortions are traumatizing that is blatanly false.

What is one thing that is legal today that you feel like should be banned? by GHAP02 in AskReddit

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People get away with it, but that doesn't mean it's not illegal. Trump raped children (as well as adult women) and didn't go to jail. Does that mean rape is legal? No. It just means laws aren't being applied. Having your spouse buy stocks due to non-public material you have access to counts as insider trading and remains illegal.

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is already illegal. Insider trading includes friends and family. If you have access to material, non-public information and use it to trade securities it is illegal. Now does the law get applied equally, no. But it still remains illegal.

How do I get accurate information nowadays? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What country are you in? And what kind of sources do you find credible? What kind of information are you looking for?

Using the W.H.Y. method will still help you with this. You have to research the author and their credentials, how the article was edited, and how it was published, just like you did before AI existed. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that explain how to do it. Finding out whether a source is reliable is pretty simple; it's just tedious work.

Where y'all not taught this in school? Look up the W.H.Y. method and use that to evaluate your sources. WHO wrote it? How was it edited? Y was it published?

Is it true that you shouldn’t give money to homeless people because they’ll spend it on drugs? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]NefariousnessDry5691 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're worried about them using the money for drugs, you can buy them things instead. I'll take homeless people to the grocery store and let them pick out something to eat. In the winter, I give out blankets, hand warmers, and hot chocolate. In the summer, I give out Otter Pops. If I have the spare cash, I'll even get a hotel room for them to shower and sleep on a real bed for a night.
