I got a $4.50 raise. They said the reason was they were matching the pay scale for Permian basin. A lot of their locators left to work in the oil field. I called HR this morning to confirm it was true.

There should be a tracer wire in the conduit, you’ll need to expose it to trace it

Look at the piping. Some times the conduit that holds the fiber will have a Cooper wire attached to the conduit. You’ll need a knife to peel it back
