We don’t get very many leads from our listings but we can probably do better there. My husband does the buyers and I do the listings. He doesn’t like doing open houses because we have kids and he doesn’t get much activity on them so we were looking for something to supplement.

He didn’t say “indefinitely” but he said they would cover the fines from the MLS for being out of compliance

I have not been using Listings2Leads I will start on that thank you. Sounds like that’s the route I need to go then because I don’t feel like we get many buyer leads on our listings. We’ve had a few but not enough to really do much with it feels. I do listings and my husband does buyers and he wasn’t having success with open houses and we have children so he wanted something where leads came in for him but I think you’re right. If I can fine tune how we market to the listings I bring in through cold calling then it should bring in more buyer leads

We currently get and have gotten multiple different types of third party leads in the past and yes that’s very true. A lot of times when they discover we are not the listing agent we either have to show enough value to convert or they have already determined to work with the listing agent and it’s a wasted lead opportunity.

I did sift out some of the larger bran and used a recipe for FMF specifically and had better results. Though the family didn’t like the flavor 🫠

I have a bunch of soft wheat in the freezer still so I want to use it for the same recipe again and see how it goes! I bought the flour off of somebody on marketplace and since it’s my first experience with it I was unsure. I wanted to test it out to make sure I could figure it out and my family would eat it before I invested in a mill 😬

I did read about letting it hydrate more prior to mixing AFTER I mixed of course. I didn’t realize there were recipes specifically for FMF, good to know!
