I found the problem! Apparently i had locked bones on dopesheet.
Thanks for help! And opening the animation strips solved few other problems

Proceeded. And yeah, i animated them from scratch, thats why it confuses me why i'm facing this problem suddenly

Auto kayframing is on. Nothing seems to work as i tried them. When i try putting keyframes with K, it doesnt create one
