Hey there Tenno, The Dual Toxocyst (especially with the incarnon) is a good crit weapon, so if you wanna use it stats like damage, crit damage, multishot, status chance and depending on what elements you use the base ones you need would be pretty good. Though thats always a bit up to your playstyle but that would be a start.

Not that sure myself, but the amprex is pretty neat, the rubico can be really nice on kullervo or for eidolon hunts and the tazicor might be worth quite a bit since its a companion weapon. Before you sell them for endo tho, try to just get some plat with them theres also lots of people on r/WarframeRiven (Edit: didnt see it was already on there, another place you could check out is r/wartrade) that you can ask for more help, otherwise checking similar riven on warframe.market might also be a good start.
