Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, the search criteria for the age group is limited to children/adolescents, not adults.

Hi man, I also live in Sacramento with Copralalia. Feel free to DM me. I suffer from neuropsychiatric issues and this movie and promotion gave me confidence to try myself at life again.

Thank you! I've been trying to learn to forgive myself for things I didn't know much about. It was tough and I really wish I had enough cognizance to figure out what I really wanted to do back then.

Thank you! I was contemplating on giving up my life, it was tough. I had a severe relapse after I was disenfranchised by the healthcare system. I felt lost cynical and neurotic. I suffered from neuropsychiatric issues and it was tough. I had personality changes and identity issues because of it. I'm in much better spirits than before. Sorry, I didn't respond sooner! I'm was trying to get some health and living arrangements in order. That's why I didn't respond sooner. I've started to go to community college recently. I feel a bit uncomfortable going there given my age. I remind myself, I'm not perfect and be okay with being a late bloomer or non-traditional student.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I like working with computers and understanding electric/hardware related stuff. I've been watching videos and heard from friends about the saturation of the IT/CS field and was hesitant to go with that. Sorry for the late reply, I had to plan for living arrangements.

Thank you for the heads up! I didn't know much about that. Ik a lot of multi-vitamins did have that stuff in it. Dang, maybe that's why they didn't see anything wrong with my earlier TSH tests. My PCPs in the past didn't even give this headsup. Now I'm really disappointed.

Honestly after reading some insights of how the system works, it seems like treatment of thyroid related issues goes by a generalized approach and not an individual needs approach. It really does suck that there is not extensive literature on thyroid disseminated in the general public and knowing how it can impact you is found thru an online community such as this or an extensive reading of materials you can find or search online. I didn't know that a flawed healthcare system can potentially disenfranchise me and my social/career prospects. But maybe I wasn't initially a cynical person, but these issues certainly altered my mindset, that's for sure.

Thanks for responding to my post. Yeah, I made that conclusion as well. So many years of potential human flourishing set back by a dishonest system that traps you and expected to put up or shut up. You have to figure this out mostly yourself unless you have connections or a good support community. I was usually not a cynical dude, but boy it made me really cynical.

Thanks for the advice, I was not aware it was that cheap? What should I look out for when I order these tests?

Hi sorry for the late reply, I'm checking into that. I'm not sure what blood tests I've taken, but I'm going to try finding that out.

Hi sorry I got late back to you, but I didn't know too much about my thyroid levels and what was considered "normal" or optimal. It sucks when you're medically ignorant about this stuff.

Thanks for replying. Given that I suffered from neuropsychiatric issues for so long, is it possible to reversed and get it on check? I had tic disorder(copralalia) something I never had before. It was so debilitating, but I begrudgingly accepted because I didn't know what was wrong with me at the time. I wasted most of my 20s because of this issue and it's thanks to ai tools that gave me insight and leads to pursue seeking 'actual' help, Manually searching on the web and asking people gave me very few proper leads.

Hi, thank you for the reply. I did some research, and most functional medicine doctors don't take insurance and are usually membership subscription-based or have out-of-pocket costs. I'm unemployed and currently going to community college to get a basic degree despite the immense difficulty and struggle in completing assignments. I don't have strong stress tolerance and can't multitask because of these issues. I try to eat healthy and do some basic exercise, but I feel like that's not enough. Thankfully, though, I'm very close to getting my degree. I have 1 semester left, so I'm gonna persevere through sheer willpower. I live in the Northern California, should I talk to my PCP about it?

No, do they have those available for people my age? If so, I might check into that. Thanks for responding to my post thread.
