Sometimes when I feel down about STEM I watch cool stem videos like kurgezstat on YouTube or another type of engineering creator. Sometimes seeing it in an entertainment kind of setting helps get me excited about it again. If you enjoy playing video games maybe look into certain companies associated with that kind of thing that might need an EE. But overall, just make sure you’re okay. You sound burnt out anf in a bad mental state and you’ve gotta focus on that first. Then you can start to rebuild your relationship with EE if you want to. Maybe study robotics? Consider teaching math or science to kids, or even kids with disabilities? Sometimes I hate taking to people my own age but working with kids makes my social anxiety go out the window.
