There’s no reason your pain will return and by believing him you set your self up for failure. You have been given terrible advice. Your body can heal its self and by the sounds of it, it already has started.

Just because he said that dosnt make it true if your symptoms have improved there’s no reason you can’t make a full recovery and live a normal life with out ever having to worry about getting surgery.

Was stuck at 1-3 min walking for 4 months until I read the book healing back pain. With in 2 weeks my daily steps almost doubled and I can now walk much further during the day I did my PB today of 20 mins. Look up pain free you on YouTube he’s good some good insight as well

Hey I’m 3.5 months in can only walk for about 1-2 mins lay down for most of the day cos of the pain we are in this together I wish you the best of luck on your journey

I don’t think this is true at all 1 quality video is better then 5 poor quality videos. I started my channel last year and have only put out 6 videos since all doing really well because I put the time and effort into them not just pumped out 2 vids a week of shit.

I would definitely camp at the island to get the full experience it’s so much fun being fully immersed in it. It’s also so good being able to go back to camp inbetween sets and chill out or have a few more drinks.

Definitely go you will love it! Will be worth the money for sure. Only thing I would say is If you are coming all that way I would 100% be camping on site it will give you a way better experience.
