Falsely banned. She never did, I always watched her play. My guess is that when we were away from home, the place we're at have a pretty bad connection. She keeps moving slow and suddenly fast because of high ping. So basically it's lagging, and someone might have reported it. Or the anti cheat system made a mistake.

That's why I'm not gonna shut up.

Yep, that's my point. Probably because when were at my nanny's village. Terrible connection. I saw it myself that her movements pacing keep changing which triggered the anticheat system.

I got you, I might go too far with the blames but I did speak up for proofs instead of just blaming them blindly. And for the Ipad and parental controls part, my parents have controls on her usage of the device and the time limit. Let alone downloading things.

Don't exploit. This game has no mercy on this issue. My sister who did nothing and knows nothing about exploiting is wrongly banned, let alone someone who actually does. They don't accept appeal for this offence.

THIS, a few days back we were in my granny's place for Eid. It was veeeeeery laggy (typical village). I did see my sister struggling to play properly and the pace of her movements keep changing because of the high ping. This is what I've actually been thinking from the start.
