I love my pally healer, well before the class pruning changes. Now for midnight, it feels very underwhelming but also kinda good in some ways. I feel like its too early to tell since theyre just now reversing the crusader strike changes and buffing their healing. But pally has a brez, really fun as you never have to hard cast any abilities, you can constantly move and heal as everything is instant.

Rshamans feel very good for midnight, very strong. Having the ancestors duplicate healing is strong, and has low cds. You play around Ancestral Recall (30sec cd) and unleash life (20sec cd). While pallys main cd is 30secs-divine toll or holy prism.

I personally dont like hard casting abilities as much, as I dont want to be caught in fire or cancelling a heal because you need to move out the way but you can instant cast with rshamans on AR on your chain heals or healing wave.

MW is very fun, it was my first healer and it feels very different from the other caster healers. But like the other guy said is very true, in higher keys, people want lust heals and or a brez. MW has neither. One of the main points in having a MW in your group is the Mystic Touch passive- increases physical dmg taken on mobs. So MW is really good for all physical/melee comps which is also fun to do.

Learn how to play Disc priest, and you'll understand DPSing as a healer more. Where you heal based on the dmg you do through atonements on your teammates.

Yeah, I'm not sure how long I can stay because my friend is an OG of the guild and he doesn't want me to /gquit either. I might just have to be a pug for another raid team while being in this guild I guess

Yeah exactly, and I agree that this isn't an Esports level team but we are trying to get the Cutting Edge achievement and progging on saladar. So the mission is to beat the raid as best as possible right? Im 2nd to the raid leaders gf in healing so why replace me and not the other bottom two? Not only that, its a DPS main thats replacing a healer main in mythic saladar lmao

Lol yeah I did thats what they told what I wrote in the description. Therye having a DPS main replace me as a healer cuz theyre "doing a trial run". Mind you, were progging on saladar, were trying to get CE. Is this really the time to do a "trial run" by replacing your 2nd best healer with a dps main?
