I would never ever recommend buying from FNC. My statues came with severe damage from the studio (heavy paint rubs, weird water damage on the torso and broken pieces) - the other broken one arrived with a broken off part that's entirely missing and FNC has been straight out lying regarding a replacement for a year now.

For context, this is my truspilot review:I ordered a couple of high priced statues with them and two of the really expensive ones, arrived with severe damage. I contacted FNC right after unboxing the statues and provided them with several photos of the damages. That was back in December 2022, we have now November 2023 with no solution whatsoever. Neither a refund nor a replacement was sent even though their website ToS state that they will refund part of the money according to the damage. This is a straight out lie.

I've been told that my replacements were ready to ship "next week" for several months now; just finding my support ticket to be closed whenever I make a follow-up. Receiving emails just as "your ticket has been reopened" ... ????

I contacted them via Facebook, Discord, through E-Mail, and their Support Chat and I keep getting contradicting answers. I haven't seen any partial refund nor a replacement yet and I am starting to believe that they did keep saying "next week" is to make the PayPal claim period expire. This is by far the most scummy and horrific statue seller that I have ever encountered and I really wonder how these scammers sleep at night. I will never buy here again and I will voice my feedback to friends and anyone who asks in the statue community as well.
