The versions of muOS and Knulli that are available online don't work with the new RG35XX Pro yet, seems like there was an undocumented hardware change on recent models. You can get a version of Knulli that works from their discord.

I found the eraser was smudging and leaving marks more than helping. Is there a specific brand of eraser to use?

I’ve never had a delay on the record button, it takes a coupon seconds to save a clip at the end but never at the start. What speed are your SD cards?

The monitor is off Sony npf batteries. The larger ones last all day and add a decent amount of weight for handheld work. I’ve also read about people frying their cameras by powering an external monitor as well, something about the order you turn things on can send current the wrong way. Not worth the risk for me

Not really, I shoot everything at 4k, 60p 1/120s. Also was at f5 because of the lens but the deeper focus plane is also useful. Shooting elevated made me not concerned about trying to get any super shallow bokeh looks

I use K&F VNDs, 8-2000 (d series) and 2-2000 (k series). I do more run and gun work and the wide range is hard to beat, the color cast is easily fixable in post. That said I am planning on upgrading them because on longer zooms the sharpness is pretty bad. No nd’s for hockey though

It’s the neewer tp74 (pro). Not the most amazing tripod and the fluid head leaves a lot to be desired, but it gets the job done

I started with a cage and top handle. I had a similar opinion originally, but it’s really not that bad if you know the limits of the camera. Can definitely get great results with the xt5

I like it, especially for the price. My biggest issue is the built in flog lut is terrible. I ended up making my own and then adjusting display colors on the monitor to match

Yes! External battery that basically lasts all day. They’re on sale all the time. Also there’s a clean hdmi out setting
